- When buying aloe vera gel from stores, make sure to confirm that it’s pure. When someone claims it’s aloe like gel, avoid that product; this would be something else.
- If you are allergic to onions or tulips, then also avoid using aloe vera. We found people who are allergic to onions are also allergic to aloe vera plants.
- If you want to confirm that you are really allergic to aloe vera or not, you can also perform a patch test. Take a little bit of aloe vera gel and apply it to your hand. Leave it for 30-50 minutes; if you see no reactions, this means you are not allergic to the aloe vera plant.
- Avoid mixing aloe vera with other products by yourself. If any experts say, then you can do.
Avoid Mixing aloe vera with insulin, drugs that treat blood sugars, and heart-related drugs like digoxin and digitoxin. Most of these products react with aloe plants and can harm you.
